Solventum
• Support the advancement of sustainability-related commercial capabilities and initiatives • Manage customer-facing sustainability requirements—including requests, audits, and broader projects • Act as a key interface between commercial teams and cross-functional stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and aligned outputs • Advise teams on sustainability requirements and customer needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline OR High School Diploma/GED and five (5) years of equivalent experience in sustainability, ESG, commercial operations, bid/tender management, customer support, or a related business function
- Three (3) or more years of relevant professional experience in sustainability/ESG, commercial operations, customer engagement, bids and tenders, or a related business environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of sustainability/ESG principles and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, accurate, and customer-focused deliverables
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency
- Experience using digital collaboration and workflow tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365, workflow platforms) and the ability to adapt to new technologies, including AI-enabled solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
