SAP Payroll Implementation Lead
Strada
• Collaborate with clients to capture payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, questionnaires, and configuration steps. • Coordinate payroll system setup and configuration. • Validate payroll solutions and integrations, ensuring compliance with legal payroll regulations. • Assist with data mapping, migration, and validation to ensure accuracy across systems. • Support YTD data preparation and confirm readiness for go-live. • Manage system testing phases, including SIT, UAT, E2E, and parallel runs. • Address system and integration issues, and coordinate defect resolution with global teams. • Oversee go-live activities, ensuring accurate configurations and data readiness. • Provide insights and solutions for client-specific updates and configurations. • Manage post-payroll configurations and address outstanding client-specific updates. • Document workflows and processes, and transfer knowledge to local and global teams for system maintenance. • Track project progress, report to project managers, and ensure deadlines are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on Business, Human Resources, or technical fields, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in SAP HCM application implementation and participation in 3+ successful project rollouts.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations in Germany
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on clients, accountability, and teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality support and implementation in Human Resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in remote or hybrid environments, managing tasks and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
