Sales Specialist – MNS Low-Voltage Switchgears

• Serve as a key contact in the German sales team for MNS low-voltage systems, acting as the primary interface for selected strategic accounts • Identify and develop large-scale projects (e.g., data centers, semiconductor industry, HVDC grid connections, chemical, oil & gas sectors including hydrogen production) • Responsible for design and expansion of existing customer relationships • Monitor competitor activity and market developments • Develop account plans and plan/execute campaigns to increase order intake • Present the MNS low-voltage switchgear portfolio to customers and represent the company at trade fairs and events • Independently manage commercial and technical contract negotiations with relevant internal departments and external suppliers • Lead project development and oversight through to contract award, particularly following tender submission • Coordinate nationally and internationally and understand clients’ award and decision-making processes • Advise customers on selecting optimal technology in collaboration with appropriate internal departments and suppliers

Job Requirements

  • Degree in a technical discipline or industrial engineering — ideally electrical engineering or a related technical qualification
  • Several years’ experience in selling low-voltage switchgear systems
  • Strong understanding of commercial contract matters
  • Passion for technical topics and attention to detail, combined with strong customer and results orientation
  • Professional use of digital communication tools (video conferencing, virtual meetings, chat platforms, etc.) for customer interaction
  • Proficient with common MS Office applications and CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Fluent German (C2 or native level required) and fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and to customers and key suppliers in Poland and the Czech Republic

Job Description * This is a Temporary Assingment OVERVIEW The Sales Planner is primarily responsible for helping the sales team in the planning, pricing, and delivery of sales packages that are aligned to clients' needs and KPI's and that maximize our portfolio audience and inventory. In addition, he/she will assist in certain aspects of sales reporting, developing tools that will help the sales team, and centralizing client negotiations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist the advertising sales team in achieving revenue goals set by management. - Send grids and program highlights to clients/agencies and store them in folders for each market. - Develop generic packages to meet client needs. - Based on the analysis generated by Insight, and from the perspective - knowledge of the client from the planning area, add value to the persuasive arguments to drive sales of generic packages. - Accompany advertising sales team in meetings and presentations to clients and agencies. - Analyze briefs to understand client campaign objectives, target audiences and budgets. - Adjust plans based on client feedback and/or prior recommendations from the team. - Perform pre-buy analysis to determine the best budget allocation and advertising formats to meet client objectives. - Assist sales staff in creating OPs (production orders) for creative elements. - Track campaign execution across all platforms in the NBCU and Allies portfolio; review and submit preliminary revenue reports. - Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure compliance with objectives. - Track the impact of activities. Report is received twice weekly, possible schedule is repositioned and client is notified. - Requesting and sending transmission reports to clients/agencies. - Generate post-buy analysis to evaluate campaign results and generate reports that include key insights and vendors to help ensure repurchase. - Continuously update proposal tracking to provide a detailed view of proposals sent and executed. - Positive internal relationship between Marketing, Insights, Strategy and Programming to ensure excellent campaign execution.
