• Manages staff, providing coaching, mentorship and work direction. • Conducts regular performance appraisals and career discussions with staff. • Facilitates employee career development. • Interviews, recruits and selects staff. • Manages and conducts induction/orientation programs for all new employees, ensuring their smooth assimilation into the company. • Ensures all staff CVs, training records, position profiles and experience profiles are complete and up-to-date. • Ensures timeliness and accuracy of timesheets and expense reports. • Supports allocation activities per the local resourcing process. • Supports activities of project leads/functional leads to optimize the operational running of projects. • Raises appropriately any issues which may impact project deliverables. • Delivers training on Working Practice Documents (WPDs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), local requirements and any other subjects that impact on clinical operations. • Identifies training gaps and ensures that training requirements are met. • May contribute to development of training programs, where appropriate. • Assures adherence to good ethical and regulatory standards. • Alerts management to quality issues, request QA audits as appropriate, and facilitate client and internal quality assurance audits as required. • Handles and reviews systems (e.g. Activate, CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity) to evaluate employee and project metrics, KPIs and general project status. • Evaluates work of staff, including conducting PAVs (either remote or on-site) to thoroughly evaluate the employee monitoring skills and project conduction when applicable. • Participates in process improvement/development initiatives. • Ensures understanding and facilitation of the risk-based monitoring approach. • May provide input into bids and contribute to the procurement of new business where required. • Collaborates with clinical operations senior management and executive staff on strategic planning and business development as required. • May lead or contribute to initiatives that enhance the department's performance or lead to process improvement across the company.

• Reviewing and analyzing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships. • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems. • Providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution.

• Coordinate monitoring activities at clinical trial sites, ensuring adherence to study protocols and timely resolution of site-related issues • Assist in the preparation and review of regulatory documents, ensuring all site activities are compliant with GCP and applicable regulations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and support for trial sites throughout the study lifecycle • Track site performance metrics, analyzing data, and providing reports to enhance site management efficiency • Participate in training initiatives and mentoring junior staff to support their development in clinical trial management

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan for all locations. • Manage the activities of all locations within the designated market through active coordination with the individual locations’ General Managers. • Monitor capture rates to insure stores are taking full advantage of opportunities. • Manage and hold all staff accountable for shop performance by ensuring all reporting employees understand the company mission to WOW every customer and be the best, ensuring staff is following standard operating procedures (SOP), recognizing and documenting exceptional and substandard performance. • Be the conduit for load leveling for the market by holding daily calls. • Recruit, interview, train new hires. • Ensure customer satisfaction by coaching staff and resolving customer concerns as required. • Seek out opportunities for continuous education and development for all employees. • Participate in external marketing and team building activities as requested. • Promote safe, clean working conditions; review audits and safety records of their locations. • Ensure all personal protective equipment is being used properly and document managers that do not enforce safety policies. • Work with corporate staff to achieve the external growth of the assigned market internal reporting and communications to meet or exceed the objectives of the area business plan. • Review location performance against goals with location managers, and provide coaching to ensure all locations are performing to potential. • Contact all claims managers and dealer accounts on a monthly basis (minimum). • Conduct operations reviews with location managers and audits (in-person) on a monthly basis, and meet as requested. • Promote, develop and act as a liaison with area insurance contacts and other referral points. • Ensure that stores are responsive to clients in a timely manner.
