Role Description Within the Office of the General Counsel, will be responsible to provide legal and commercial counsel for a line of business and/or staff group. Role Description The Sr. Corporate Counsel, Contracts will focus primarily on leading and providing support for contract development, review, negotiation, management, and related initiatives across the company, including oversight of the company’s contract management system.
