• Conectar as decisões e a estratégia de produto aos resultados da empresa. • Propor, acompanhar e analisar métricas de produto, utilizando ferramentas como Google Analytics e MixPanel para orientar decisões com base em dados. • Identificar oportunidades e sugerir melhorias no fluxo de trabalho de equipe • Validar hipóteses e testar funcionalidades utilizando recursos internos (times de CS, Suporte e Vendas), reduzindo a dependência exclusiva de validação direta com clientes externos. • Questionar prioridades e processos atuais, propondo soluções em vez de apenas executar demandas. • Participar ativamente de discussões estratégicas (planejamento, webinars, iniciativas de negócio) para garantir clareza sobre objetivos antes da execução. • Atuar em colaboração com as lideranças de produto e tecnologia, contribuindo para a evolução e amadurecimento dos processos internos.
Job Requirements
- Experiência sólida em gestão de produto, com domínio de métodos e frameworks de produto.
- Experiência prática com ferramentas de analytics e métricas (ex.: Google Analytics, MixPanel ou similares).
- Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados e transformá-los em recomendações acionáveis.
- Vivência para atuar próximo a temas de dados, dada a ausência de uma estrutura dedicada de dados na empresa hoje.
- Autonomia para atuar em ambientes com processos ainda pouco estruturados, sendo capaz de organizá-los.
- Proatividade e senso de dono do problema, com foco em propor soluções em vez de apenas seguir demandas.
- Comunicação clara com áreas técnicas e de negócio, para alinhar objetivos antes da execução.
- Conhecimento de análise de dados e capacidade de realizar investigações de forma autônoma, seja por meio de ferramentas analíticas, consultas a bases de dados ou colaboração com times técnicos.
- Vivência com discovery de produto, incluindo entrevistas com usuários, validação de hipóteses, mapeamento de problemas e pesquisa qualitativa.
- Conhecimento de metodologias, frameworks e práticas de Produto, como Jobs To Be Done (JTBD), Opportunity Solution Tree (OST), Product Discovery, Lean Product e similares.
- Familiaridade com fundamentos de UX e UX Research, demonstrando capacidade de compreender comportamentos, necessidades e dores dos usuários.
- Experiência utilizando Inteligência Artificial no dia a dia de Produto para pesquisa, análise, documentação, descoberta de oportunidades, automações e ganho de produtividade.
- Vivência em ambientes de startup, scale-up ou empresas em transformação, com processos em construção e prioridades frequentemente revisadas.
- Experiência colaborando com times multidisciplinares de Produto, Tecnologia, Design, Atendimento ou Sucesso do Cliente para tomada de decisão baseada em evidências.
