• Own onboarding and time-to-first-value for every Roebling customer, partnering with Process Engineering on the technical build-out and with Sales / Solutions Engineering on the deal-to-delivery handoff • Run the post-sale relationship for every customer — sit in on working sessions, drive adoption of the platform across the customer's team, and identify and unblock the things keeping them from getting full value • Turn each deployment into a working playbook: what works, what doesn't, what reusable assets we need, what the next deployment can lean on • Build the early version of customer health — a clear-eyed, low-overhead view of which accounts are getting value, which aren't, and what we need to do about it • Surface expansion signal: spot when a pilot is ready to scale or when an adjacent team, plant, or geography is showing pull, and hand it cleanly to Sales • Be the voice of the customer back into Product and Engineering — structured, prioritized, evidence-based feedback that shapes the roadmap based on what real customers are doing on real projects • Run executive-level cadence with our customers: working reviews, periodic check-ins, and exec alignment when the relationship calls for it • Travel meaningfully to customer sites — at this stage, deployment depth comes from being in the room
• Support marketing team through campaign execution, sales support, and data operations • Publish content, draft outreach, monitor communities, support events, and maintain systems • Engage in social and content creation, ecosystem marketing, sales support, community presence, and partnerships for events
• Own large surfaces of the product alongside founders and customers • Build AI agents for design evaluation • Develop ingestion pipelines for utility data • Manage performance and stability of simulation engine • Establish CI/CD and testing foundations

• Help take the product from a working MVP to a robust, extensible platform • Collaborate closely with founders and early customers • Shape technical architecture and engineering culture • Rapidly prototype new workflows for user feedback • Design core systems that must be correct, performant, and maintainable
• Design and maintain modeling assets, including reusable unit operation blocks, equipment sizing and specification calcs, databanks, templates, and reference models • Define and maintain modeling standards, assumptions, and methodologies to ensure consistency, flexibility, and technical rigor • Create clear documentation, training materials, and use-case examples that support and enable effective deployment of the software • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify modeling requirements, address pain points, and drive continuous improvement • Provide structured feedback to product and software teams on usability, workflows, and feature priorities based on real-world modeling needs • Develop process models to support Roebling implementations for client engagements
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities across biomanufacturing, chemicals, critical minerals, energy, and adjacent process-heavy industries through outbound prospecting, strategic networking, industry events, and inbound follow-up • Run full-cycle enterprise sales from first meeting to signed contract — owning discovery, qualification, demo coordination, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and close • Sell into VP- and C-level stakeholders, translating complex capital project planning challenges into a compelling business case for Roebling’s platform • Navigate complex procurement environments with multiple stakeholders, long evaluation cycles, and formal purchasing processes — keeping deals on track and moving forward • Provide structured, consistent market feedback to Product and Engineering — identifying patterns in buyer objections, competitive dynamics, and feature requests that inform the roadmap • Support government-facing opportunities including grant-funded projects, interagency collaborations, and public-sector engagements where Roebling’s platform can add value • Help shape and iterate on Roebling’s sales playbook, messaging, and go-to-market strategy as a foundational member of the commercial team
