What You’ll Do - Build a pipeline from zero: research, prospect, sequence, call, text, DM, and book demos. - Spearfish strategic accounts: develop multi-threaded relationships with operators and HR leaders. - Travel to conferences & plant floors: demo Sam live and lock in next steps on the spot. - Feed the product loop: relay market insights directly to engineering. - Adapt daily: jump on any fire that accelerates company growth. Skills & Experience - 1+ years in a quota-bearing hunting role (SDR/BDR, door-to-door, etc.) or equivalent record of competitive excellence. - Consistent history of smashing activity and meeting goals. - Crystal-clear written & verbal communication; you make complex ideas land. - Organized and strategic: your CRM, calendar, and priorities are locked in. - Bonus: familiarity with HR tech or frontline industries.
