Role Description Our AI recruiter Sam will do the initial screening for candidates as it is a great way for you to experience our product and to share details about your background at your convenience. We monitor applications and value human in the loop, so all application reviews will be done by a member of our team. What You’ll Do - Build a pipeline from zero: research, prospect, sequence, call, text, DM, and book demos. - Spearfish strategic accounts: develop multi-threaded relationships with operators and HR leaders. - Travel to conferences & plant floors: demo Sam live and lock in next steps on the spot. - Feed the product loop: relay market insights directly to engineering. - Adapt daily: jump on any fire that accelerates company growth. Skills & Experience - 1+ years in a quota-bearing hunting role (SDR/BDR, door-to-door, etc.) or equivalent record of competitive excellence. - Consistent history of smashing activity and meeting goals. - Crystal-clear written & verbal communication; you make complex ideas land. - Organized and strategic: your CRM, calendar, and priorities are locked in. - Bonus: familiarity with HR tech or frontline industries.
