Probate Litigation Attorney

Role Description Miami Family Law Group is seeking an experienced Florida Probate Litigation Attorney to manage sophisticated probate, trust, and estate disputes from pre-suit strategy through resolution, settlement, or trial. This is a senior-level role for an attorney who already understands probate litigation and wants the autonomy to manage cases independently within a well-supported, organized practice. You’ll work directly with clients, lead litigation strategy, conduct depositions and hearings, and collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff — without micromanagement or unnecessary bureaucracy. Our probate litigation practice handles contested estate and trust matters involving: - Fiduciary disputes - Inheritance conflicts - Undue influence claims - High-conflict family dynamics This is a fully remote position for attorneys licensed and based in Florida. Qualifications - Active Florida Bar membership in good standing - 5+ years of direct Florida probate litigation experience - Significant experience handling contested probate matters, trust disputes, hearings, depositions, and motion practice - Ability to independently manage active litigation matters from intake through resolution - Strong courtroom presence, legal writing, and client advisory skills Requirements - Experience handling complex probate or trust disputes - Experience with probate administration - Estate planning experience is a plus Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement - PTO + CLE budget for continuing education

Role Description Cyera is looking for a Procurement Counsel to join its global legal team and lead the company’s vendor and procurement contract function end-to-end. Qualifications - J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. - 5-7+ years of experience in procurement counseling, vendor management programs, and strategic sourcing within high-growth tech environments. - Excellent drafting and communication skills; ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders. - Experience with global data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulatory frameworks. - Deep expertise in process mapping, workflow automation, and complex system integrations. - Strategic mindset focused on reducing total cost of ownership (TCO) and driving measurable improvements in operational efficiency. - Strong command of standard commercial terms: IP, indemnification, liability, data privacy, and SLA provisions. - Comfort working at pace in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Nice to Have - Experience building a contracts function from early stage, including template libraries and playbooks. Compensation Information - Compensation Range: $180,000-$200,000. - This range represents total compensation and may include incentives, equity, or benefits. - The final salary will be determined based on various factors, including work experience and skills. - This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on performance and other discretionary factors.
