Role Description Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of Junior Tester. The Junior Tester will work with the development team to test software and identify defects. They will be responsible for executing test cases, reporting defects, and verifying fixes. The Junior Tester will also be responsible for creating and maintaining test documentation. • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments across Shopify stores, including landing pages, product pages, collections, checkout flows, and other critical customer touchpoints. • Own the CRO roadmap by identifying conversion opportunities and prioritizing experiments based on potential business impact. • Develop data-driven hypotheses and testing strategies focused on increasing conversion rates, revenue, customer engagement, and retention. • Apply deep Shopify knowledge to optimize store performance, user experience, and conversion funnels. • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to create, implement, and evaluate test variations. • Analyze customer behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and other analytics and behavioral tracking platforms. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations based on test results. • Create clear and detailed reports covering experiment performance, insights, learnings, and business impact. • Continuously improve customer journeys through ongoing experimentation, analysis, and optimization.
