• Maintain, modify, and install Automated Fueling System Equipment (AFHE) • Efficiently manage time and resources to meet schedules • Maintain and track maintenance documents for management review • Organize and execute high-quality work at customer sites • Engage with stakeholders to achieve project objectives • Install Industrial Control Systems including PLC panels, VFDs, Control wiring • Troubleshoot Automation Equipment including PLC logic, faulty relays, sensors, and motor control problems • Program or Modify Control Systems including PLC ladder logic and HMI graphics • Lift ±40 lbs, climb stairs, and perform physical duties in varied conditions • 100% travel requirement

• Perform installation or service work as designated in a profitable and proper manner. • Record productive time versus travel time. • Perform preventive maintenance work in accordance with service program designated for specific customer. • Maintain accurately all work records and parts used at each job in accordance with established procedure. • Keep updated on all changes/modifications to Stanley equipment and Ansi156.10 standard as notified through published communications. • Keep manuals and all details up to date as changes are advised. • Maintain company vehicles, tools and other property in proper manner. • Present neat and clean appearance personally and in workmanship, in accordance with company policies. • Maintain adequate parts inventory for service vehicle; keep inventory log. • Test equipment before leaving job site; perform safety check. • Maintain good customer relations and customer service. • Assist and instruct others in install/service methods.

• Performing composite blade repairs on the factory, up to Category 5 complex or specialty repairs • Perform Epoxy and Polyester resin wet lay-up, vacuum infusion, balsa and foam sandwich materials • May be required to perform structural repair of blades • Complete detailed Daily Progress Reporting Documents and QA/QC reports, adhering to Quality Checkpoints • May be expected to travel other wind farms throughout North America on an 8/1 rotation.

• Manage client service tickets, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation • Assisting in the phone queue to handle client calls during part of your day, or as needed during high call volume surges • Maintain accurate ticket records using service management software (e.g., ConnectWise Manage) • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, conducting root-cause analysis for recurring problems • Perform software upgrades and address system gaps or process issues • Create, update and maintain accurate client documentation • Identify and communicate infrastructure improvements and security concerns • Coach and mentor fellow Ntivians to enhance performance and support professional development • Adhere to industry best practices and ensure compliance with security and operational standards • Assist with additional duties to support team goals
