Playbook
• Be the right hand to our Head of Creator Management - you will be trained by them, work with them to optimize workflows and build relationships with their portfolio of creators. • Long term - manage a focused portfolio of legacy, high-touch creators who require a personalized, relationship-first approach • Serve as the primary point of contact for these creators — handle inbound, proactively reach out, and anticipate their needs • Shadow and be trained directly by the current relationship owner; absorb every nuance of these accounts • Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, ops) on behalf of these creators • Maintain detailed records of relationship history, preferences, and ongoing commitments • Flag risks, blockers, or opportunities early — nothing should fall through the cracks
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in account management, creator management, talent management, or a similar client-facing role
- Someone who is deeply immersed in the creator space and confident in creator monetization strategies
- Obsessively organized and reliable — you follow up, follow through, and don't let things slip
- A relationship-builder at heart — you enjoy getting to know people deeply and being genuinely useful to them
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate independently once trained - you are a driver
- Someone who finds satisfaction in execution and relationship management

• Strategic leader responsible for the Direct Customer/Business Management of the assigned customer channel. • Create and develop the vision and strategy to support both long-term and short-term business objectives. • Drive processes and execution of annual plans across assigned customers and bottlers. • Delivery of key business and financial metrics including topline results (Revenue, volume, Share) and key financial metrics (trade spend and T&E budgets) will be required. • Partner with Sr. Management and cross functional team members to build Annual Plans to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives. • Lead annual negotiations ensuring an optimized partnership agreement is in place that supports overall organizational priorities. • Collaborative leader of a cross functional team responsible for the development and implementation of overall customer selling stories, while providing key insights to deliver all key execution metrics (Assortment, Shelving, Pricing, Merchandising and Innovation). • Oversee the on-going account updates and performance reporting against key metrics and problem solves plan gaps and brings forward recommendations to deliver on required business objectives. • Develop and leverage top level external relationships at major accounts to optimize BODYARMOR positioning in the market. • Work closely with Coca-Cola NAOU + Bottler Customer Leads (Directors/AE’s) to maximize mutual customer plans, results, and execution.
• Lead a cross functional team to deliver business results across our HEB, Brookshire's Grocery and other grocers. • Conduct annual planning processes and negotiate annual agreements. • Provide subject matter expertise to resolve complex customer issues. • Drive processes and execution of annual plans across assigned customers and bottlers. • Delivery of key business and financial metrics including topline results (Revenue, volume, Share) and key financial metrics (trade spend and T&E budgets). • Partner with Sr. Management and cross functional team members to build Annual Plans. • Lead annual negotiations ensuring an optimized partnership agreement. • Oversee the ongoing account updates and performance reporting against key metrics. • Develop and leverage top level external relationships to optimize BODYARMOR positioning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high‑volume, established accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and patient monitoring workflows. • Achieve assigned sales and utilization targets within defined accounts. • Execute actionable quarterly business plans with clear activity goals and growth drivers. • Conduct routine account check‑ins to review program performance, identify barriers, and uncover new opportunities. • Deliver product demonstrations and participate in educational meetings to drive adoption and expand utilization. • Provide competitive insights, including customer feedback and market intelligence. • Provide coverage for Territory Managers during PTO, meetings, and peak demand periods. • Maintain CRM documentation for key accounts, including activity notes, opportunities, and follow‑ups. • Build and sustain strong relationships with physicians, APPs, HF clinics, and administrators. • Conduct quarterly account reviews in collaboration with Territory Manager to support program health, patient volume trends, and operational needs. • Support the execution of workflow optimizations to improve patient identification, onboarding, and monitoring processes. • Provide technical troubleshooting for remote monitoring issues and workflow challenges, escalating as needed. • Offer procedural case support occasionally for broader territory, focusing on priority accounts. • Support training and education for new clinical staff, HF clinics, and administrators. • Participate in product in‑services and support clinical data collection as needed. • Continue developing strong product, HF, and CardioMEMS competency. • Adhere to all FDA, regulatory, and company quality requirements. • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, account plans, expenses, and clinical interactions. • Collaborate effectively with Territory Managers, Marketing, Professional Education, Clinical Specialists, and sales leadership. • Maintain professional, compliant, and positive communication with all hospital and internal stakeholders.
