• Supervise an inter-disciplinary project team of construction managers and contractors while facilitating critical design and construction meetings with external professionals and enterprise clients. • Develop and manage detailed capital budgets and project schedules in cooperation with corporate finance, while deploying procurement strategies to manage bid processes, general contractors, and change orders. • Oversee the integrated testing and commissioning of complex mechanical, electrical, and IT systems, ensuring all workflows have rigorously reviewed Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Review building codes and NFPA standards to ensure a safe work environment, while auditing installed components to verify vendor scope completion and validate design documentation.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the delivery of critical infrastructure construction projects and client-facing roles within a corporate real estate or military setting.
- Proven proficiency in real estate budgeting, accounting, contract negotiation, and multi-tier vendor management under tight deadlines.
- Strong cross-functional navigation and communication skills to influence internal partners, resolve conflicts constructively, and build trusting relationships with executive clients.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Business/Finance (Advanced degree strongly preferred).
- Must be a US Citizen.
