Senior Product Designer

Role Description We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the North team and help shape the future of enterprise AI. In this role, you will design intuitive experiences for complex AI-driven workflows, working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and user needs. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality experiences that make sophisticated AI capabilities accessible to users across organizations. As a member of your North product team, you'll own the end-to-end design process and be a key stakeholder in prioritization and strategy decisions. You'll work on experiences that are defining how enterprises leverage AI, and your contributions will directly impact real people in their daily work. What You'll Do - Own the design process end-to-end for your product area, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and drive product impact. - Design intuitive, user-friendly experiences that balance technical complexity with accessibility and ease of use. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. - Conduct user research to understand needs, validate design decisions, and translate insights into actionable design improvements. - Maintain a high craft and quality bar, ensuring every detail contributes to a cohesive and polished experience. - Contribute to design systems and patterns that scale across the North platform. - Partner with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and make pragmatic tradeoffs when needed. Qualifications - You have 4+ years experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your process, systems thinking, and measurable impact on user outcomes. - You have a strong understanding of AI concepts and agentic systems, including how models reason, use tools, and orchestrate multi-step workflows. - You have a collaborative approach to product development, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders across the organization. - You have a deep commitment to understanding user needs through research, data, and direct engagement. - You have a meticulous attention to craft and detail, proficient in Figma, and build scalable patterns and systems. - Clear, proactive communication that keeps distributed teams aligned. Requirements - Bonus points for strong visual design skills in typography, layout, color, and composition. Compensation - For candidates in New York, California, Washington States, the Compensation Range is: $175,000 – $210,000 [USD]. - For Candidates in rest of the states, the Compensation Range is: $140,000 – $165,000 [USD].
