Role Description We are currently seeking a Remote PRN Shift Mental Health Clinician/Professional to join our team at our facilities located in Georgia. The counties that this remote position will cover are: - North Region - Fayette, Floyd, Burke - Southeast Region - Bryan, Liberty, McIntosh, Tattnall - South Region - Bacon, Ben Hill, Coffee, Telfair, Turner - Southwest Region - Grady, Mitchell, Thomas, Cook, Effingham This position is a mental health position that will be evaluating and providing mental health services to the inmate population. Responsibilities include: - Diffusing situations and reporting information appropriately to other GENESYS Health Alliance providers, staff members, corporate staff, or facility administration. - Maintaining professional knowledge of GENESYS Health Alliance policy and procedures. - Setting an example for other staff members in behavior, attitude, and skills. • support the Customer Development team by serving as a key point of contact for customer inquiries • coordinating inbound communications • providing retail channel support • assisting with digital job site review processes • respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, website submissions, and other communication channels • manage inbound call traffic and route inquiries to appropriate personnel • generate and review digital job site review letters • perform Customer Development projects and other assignments, as directed • execute and apply Company Salesforce processes and procedures • assist with other related Customer Development responsibilities, as assigned

• Execute the customer onboarding process, conducting risk analyses through compliance checks, media and negative-image searches (KYC); • Identify potential risk alerts and forward them to the responsible teams for validation and remediation; • Monitor and authorize billing releases based on approved credit limits; • Assist in controlling customer credit limits and financial exposure; • Support the credit and risk department’s routines, ensuring organized and efficient processes; • Prepare and update risk reports for the customer portfolio; • Assist in generating reports related to insurers and area processes; • Help organize and manage documentation and customer registration information; • Interact with internal teams to ensure alignment and speed in credit analyses and billing.
