About the Opportunity We’re seeking a DevOps Engineer III who’s passionate about building scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure to help scale and evolve our enterprise-grade platform for quantitative computer-aided diagnosis. In this role, you’ll be part of a core DevOps team responsible for designing and evolving the systems that support continuous integration, automated testing, secure infrastructure, and reliable software delivery. As a member of the team, you’ll support initiatives that enhance build and release pipelines, develop internal tools and services, and ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our infrastructure. You’ll also help define best practices, guide architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has a passion for building and improving cloud-native systems that accelerate engineering velocity. Responsibilities Deployment, configuration, and infrastructure operations. Own and maintain the Terraform codebase, implementing infrastructure as code best practices. Design, implement, and maintain build pipelines using GitHub Actions. Manage Kubernetes environments (EKS), including cluster provisioning, workload orchestration, scaling, upgrades, and observability. Collaborate with product delivery teams to gather requirements and deliver secure, scalable infrastructure to support them. Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant systems with strong observability and disaster recovery capabilities. Participate in on-call rotations and lead post-incident reviews, driving long-term reliability improvements across systems. Solid understanding of AWS and hands-on Terraform experience. Experience deploying and managing containerized applications. Familiarity with CI/CD systems and Git-based workflows. Strong communication and documentation skills. Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. Preferred: Experience in healthtech or regulated environments Familiarity with HIPAA or HITRUST requirements Amazon AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification Amazon AWS Certified CloudOps certification The base salary range for this role varies by location and is aligned to market benchmarks. Candidates located in higher-cost labor markets , including California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC represent the middle to high end of the range, while candidates located in all other U.S. locations represent the low to middle end of the range. Final compensation is determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity. This role is eligible for a 10 % target annual bonus , resulting in the following base salary and Total Target Compensation (TTC) ranges: Base Salary: $135,000 - $155,000 TTC: $149,000 - $171,000 *Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.) Additionally, stock options, paid benefits, and employee perks are part of your total rewards.
