• Perform and further develop financial accounting (with a focus on Accounts Payable) • Process and verify incoming invoices and handle payments, including monitoring deadlines • Review corporate credit card statements and travel expense reports • Maintain and archive finance-related documents • Provide documentation for tax advisors and coordinate with external partners • Support or take independent responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements under HGB • Participate in or take partial responsibility for other finance processes such as budgeting, forecasts, and consolidation • Independently post and reconcile transactions for the US subsidiary
Job Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent qualification
- Initial practical experience in finance/accounting (e.g., internships)
- Basic understanding of financial reporting (HGB)
- Ideally experience with DATEV
- Fluent German (minimum C1) and good English skills
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
