• Own day-to-day management of Google Ads accounts (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube) • Build and refine account structure, campaigns, and asset groups • Manage keyword strategy, search queries, and negative keyword lists • Monitor and optimize shopping feeds and campaign performance • Handle bid strategy and budget pacing to hit performance goals • Draft ad copy and creative variations (with final approvals as needed) • Monitor GA4 conversions and investigate discrepancies • Collaborate with paid social on cross-channel insights • Lead paid search communication with the client (Slack, calls, reporting) • Participate in weekly calls and present performance updates
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Experience managing accounts with $100K+ monthly spend
- Strong experience across Search, Performance Max, and Shopping campaigns
- Solid understanding of keyword strategy, search query mining, and negative keyword management
- Experience with bid strategies and budget pacing
- GA4 proficiency (conversion tracking, audiences, reporting)
- Strong written and spoken English (client-facing)
- Experience working with US, UK, or AU clients
- Nice-to-Haves**
- DTC / e-commerce experience (apparel or fashion preferred)
- Experience with shopping feed optimization
- Familiarity with Demand Gen / YouTube campaigns
- Exposure to cross-channel collaboration (paid social, creative testing)
