• Own the full architecture and development of complex fintech platforms, from frontend user interfaces to backend APIs and database schemas. • Utilize Claude Code and Cursor daily for all production development. You will excel at prompt decomposition, context injection, constraint specification, and guiding multi-step builds through complex codebases. • Define and maintain target technical architectures across the full stack. You will rigorously review all AI-generated code outputs for correctness, security, performance, and adherence to conventions. • Build and monitor AI-powered systems (e.g., automated extraction systems, conversational interfaces) using the Anthropic API and other LLMs. • Work directly with stakeholders to shape product decisions, translating product intent into effective briefs and technical specifications that AI tools can execute.

• Lead the strategic direction of high-value pursuits, RFPs, and business proposals • Craft compelling narratives that clearly communicate business value, product vision, and AI-driven innovation • Translate complex technology and AI capabilities into client-focused solutions and business outcomes • Collaborate with product leaders, designers, architects, and delivery teams to shape differentiated client proposals • Apply product thinking and entrepreneurial mindset to uncover opportunities before clients fully define their needs • Build reusable proposal frameworks, storytelling assets, and strategic positioning materials • Leverage AI tools throughout the proposal lifecycle to accelerate research, synthesis, and content creation

• Build AI Agents (Core Focus): Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents that support critical workflows across the enterprise. • Deliver cost-effective, secure, and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly into business processes. • Ship & Iterate: Rapidly prototype, test, and refine agents to ensure high performance and adoption. • Build evaluation datasets, measure outcomes, and optimize for both functionality and cost. • Reimagine Workflows: Work with stakeholders across the business to identify where AI can deliver real value. • Redesign workflows with agents at the center, balancing innovation with empathy for change management. • Contribute to the AI Center of Excellence: Share hands-on expertise, frameworks, and tools that help colleagues across CrowdStrike build better agents. • Participate in AI training, knowledge sharing, and governance discussions. • Stay on the Frontier: Continuously evaluate new AI capabilities, frameworks, and standards, adapting solutions to ensure long-term impact, security, and scalability.

• Own overall P&L responsibility for the Practice Area. • Set and monitor revenue, margin, and pipeline targets. • Work closely with Sales leadership and sellers to drive pipeline growth, shape opportunities, and support strategic deals. • Ensure predictable performance through disciplined commercial management. • Define and maintain a consistent go-to-market narrative across the Practice Area. • Enable Sales and Marketing with outcome-led propositions. • Own senior engagement with Microsoft and relevant partners to ensure alignment, programme leverage, and effective joint execution. • Set the strategic direction and continuously evolve the service portfolio across AI adoption, productivity, and communications. • Maintain standards, manage escalations, and embed continuous improvement across all projects and managed services. • Lead, coach, and develop the three Practice Leads.
