• Build AI Agents (Core Focus): Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents that support critical workflows across the enterprise. • Deliver cost-effective, secure, and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly into business processes. • Ship & Iterate: Rapidly prototype, test, and refine agents to ensure high performance and adoption. • Build evaluation datasets, measure outcomes, and optimize for both functionality and cost. • Reimagine Workflows: Work with stakeholders across the business to identify where AI can deliver real value. • Redesign workflows with agents at the center, balancing innovation with empathy for change management. • Contribute to the AI Center of Excellence: Share hands-on expertise, frameworks, and tools that help colleagues across CrowdStrike build better agents. • Participate in AI training, knowledge sharing, and governance discussions. • Stay on the Frontier: Continuously evaluate new AI capabilities, frameworks, and standards, adapting solutions to ensure long-term impact, security, and scalability.

• Own overall P&L responsibility for the Practice Area. • Set and monitor revenue, margin, and pipeline targets. • Work closely with Sales leadership and sellers to drive pipeline growth, shape opportunities, and support strategic deals. • Ensure predictable performance through disciplined commercial management. • Define and maintain a consistent go-to-market narrative across the Practice Area. • Enable Sales and Marketing with outcome-led propositions. • Own senior engagement with Microsoft and relevant partners to ensure alignment, programme leverage, and effective joint execution. • Set the strategic direction and continuously evolve the service portfolio across AI adoption, productivity, and communications. • Maintain standards, manage escalations, and embed continuous improvement across all projects and managed services. • Lead, coach, and develop the three Practice Leads.

• Drive the technical direction for our AI-driven application-builder architecture • Lead complex system design decisions • Serve as a hands-on technical leader and mentor for the engineers building AI Studio’s app generation engine • Partner closely with product, infra, and design to shape the roadmap • Build scalable, fault-tolerant LLM pipelines for content generation, layout creation, experimentation, and AI-driven user guidance • Work hands-on with technologies like Go, NestJS, Node, PostgreSQL, Firestore, Vector Databases, Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare KV, and microservices • Design distributed systems that handle high-throughput generative and analytical workloads while ensuring correctness and low latency • Drive improvements in observability using Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and structured logging • Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing • Participate in reviews, deep dives, and on-call rotations to maintain a culture of accountability and operational excellence

• Design and build AI applications powered by LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and AI agents. • Develop intelligent pipelines for document ingestion, knowledge extraction, and retrieval. • Improve answer quality through prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and retrieval optimization. • Build and optimize production AI services using Python and modern AI frameworks. • Work with agentic development tools including Claude Code, Cursor, and AI-assisted coding workflows. • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code with a strong focus on quality and reliability. • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to rapidly prototype and ship new capabilities. • Evaluate emerging AI models, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the platform.
