• Perform all duties requested for assigned work orders in accordance with Company policies and PURE HomeRiver vision. • Be able to travel to properties in a timely and expeditious manner to perform various types of property evaluations including new property assessments, move-out evaluations, occupied property checks, and vacant property checks within the deadlines set. • Ability to travel within deadlines and time requirements to properties to examine and document property conditions and identify needed repairs. • Ability to work with computers and smartphone-based dispatching and email. • Be available to travel to properties to perform field work immediately upon instruction by the property management team. • Lift and carry 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, walk, bend, reach and perform other functions as may be required to complete assigned tasks. • Attend staff, training, and other meetings as directed by management. • Assist with administrative work as needed in the office. • Ensure safety standards are used that comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines. • Maintain knowledge of state, local, and federal fair housing laws. • Dress in a PURE HomeRiver-approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance. • Perform other duties as needed.

• A hands on field-based role to repair our parcel lockers on client’s sites, task include Break-fix, Maintenance, software configuration, quality control, and providing technical support and training to employees and subcontractors. • Diagnosing and repairing faults and malfunctions of parcel locker machines (APMs) on site, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. • Maintenance and modernisation of parcel locker machines, including implementing hardware and software upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency. • Diagnostics, reconfiguration, and installation of computer software or firmware for computer, electronic, and electromechanical equipment, ensuring compatibility and security compliance. • Processing and reporting on assigned repairs using communication channels utilised within the organisation. • Managing tools and components for parcel locker machines. • Quality control of work performed by internal employees and subcontractors ensuring adherence to technical standards, contractual agreements, and company guidelines. • Providing technical and substantive support to employees and subcontractors (including international ones) via communication and IT channels used within the company. • Participating in the development of solutions for new types of parcel locker machines. • Preparing and updating technical manuals and documentation.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high‑energy scanning systems. • Conduct site audits, manage spare‑parts inventory, and support system performance improvements. • Assist with new system installations, including factory and on‑site commissioning. • Provide on‑call and remote technical support on a rotating basis. • Contribute to continuous improvement of service operations, documentation, and customer satisfaction. • Ensure strict adherence to EHS standards and company quality procedures.

Der Mitarbeiter gewährleistet eine einwandfreie Leistung und Wartung der Geräte während der gesamten Servicezeit und führt notwendige Fehlerbehebungen vor Ort durch. - Erreichen der Installationsziele für TaaS-Geräte gemäß einem vordefinierten Plan (Installationszyklus) innerhalb eines bestimmten geografischen Gebiets und für einen zugewiesenen Kundenstamm. - Vorbereitung der Geräte für die Installation (Einstellungen, erforderliche Werkzeuge usw.). - Koordination der Fehlerbehebungsaktivitäten mit dem Kontrollturm-Team und Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten vor Ort. - Einreichen und Melden von Leistungsreklamationen der Geräte an die Lieferanten. - Qualitätskontrolle und Zählung bei der Annahme der Geräte.
