• Build strong relationships with recruiting leaders and the recruitment team to forecast and plan key staffing initiatives and maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process • Identify passive candidates through job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs and industry networking, cold calling, in-person appointments, and referrals • Source candidates using current best practices and techniques across multiple disciplines and locations • Effectively translate position requirements from the hiring team into a concise sourcing profile • Successfully execute multiple sourcing projects with minimal supervision • Use Workday ATS and other systems to track and communicate with candidates • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding employment practices • Maintain an understanding of Barry‑Wehmiller’s culture, organizational structure, and open positions • Research and keep up-to-date on market trends and recruitment best practices for applicable functional areas
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with current sourcing techniques and a proven record of placing high-quality professionals
- Proven track record of identifying, building relationships with, and hiring passive candidates
- Strong technical skills with MS Office suite, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and various job boards
- In-depth experience with recruiting techniques and employment terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members
- Proven ability to match top talent to career opportunities and organizational culture
