Mister Car Wash

Role Description The IT Integration Support Technician delivers technical support and infrastructure setup for new store locations and ongoing operations. Working closely with internal teams and vendors, this role performs hardware installations, provides troubleshooting assistance, and maintains documentation related to IT integrations. It requires strong foundational skills in network and device support, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to adapt in dynamic field environments. - Store Integration & Equipment Installation: - Support installation and configuration of hardware including workstations, kiosks, routers, and POS systems - Assist in coordination with vendors to ensure smooth acquisition and system launch - Participate in validation of equipment functionality post-installation - Technical Support & Troubleshooting: - Resolve common hardware and network issues for both remote and onsite environments - Document technical issues and resolutions within the IT service platform - Escalate unresolved challenges to senior technicians or support leads - Project Execution & Documentation: - Contribute to system testing, pre-installation preparation, and equipment staging - Assist in updating installation guides and basic infrastructure documentation - Offer input on process improvements related to integration workflows - Travel & Field Support: - Travel locally and nationally to support installations and IT deployments - Adapt to changing schedules, including occasional evening and weekend assignments Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred - 3+ years in IT support, field service, or hardware integration roles - Direct experience with POS systems, network equipment, and vendor coordination - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote support tools - CompTIA A+/CompTIA Data Sys/CompTIA Network+ or Comparable - Ability to Travel: Up to 50% Benefits - Excellent Benefits including medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, etc. - Career Progression with a high growth. - Modern office space in the heart of downtown Tucson. - On-site Fitness Gym and Bike Share. - Employee Game Room and Lounge. - Free Unlimited Wash Club Membership.
