Job Description

Lead Product Business Analyst

Trinetix

Role Description We're looking for a Lead Product Business Analyst ready to own products, not just document them. To put it simply: you'll figure out what needs to be built, shape how it should work, and make sure it actually delivers value. You'll also work deeply with complex systems, constraints, dependencies, and engineering trade-offs — not only defining new functionality, but rethinking and improving existing solutions together with development teams. Waste Management Project: E-commerce Stream - Work on a large-scale waste management platform focused on expanding and improving the company's e-commerce capabilities. - The team is responsible for online service enrollment, pricing and service availability management, payment experience, customer journey enhancements, and administrative tools that support order management and service delivery workflows. Team: Cross-functional team consisting of BA/UX Architects, Designers, Product stakeholders, and Dev team working across multiple streams to deliver customer-facing and operational digital solutions. What you'll do: - Clarify requirements with clients – especially the ones they haven't articulated yet. - Develop a strong product vision and translate it to the team. - Work with engineering to estimate, plan, navigate trade-offs, and rethink solutions within complex system constraints and dependencies. - Guide designers with functional context, ensure UX makes sense for the business and users both. - Analyze system limitations, dependencies, and impacts to help shape scalable and feasible solutions. - Track whether it's working – and iterate when it's not. Example activities could look like below, but don't worry if you haven't done some of them – we support and teach 👌 - Analyze: lead discovery workshops, map AS-IS/TO-BE processes, define business goals, gaps, system constraints, and dependencies. - Research: create and validate assumptions through research, analyze competitors and market opportunities. - Build: translate needs into specs, shape user flows and product vision together with designers, collaborate with engineering on scope, feasibility, and technical implications. - Measure: track success metrics, analyze usage data, validate hypotheses, and iterate based on what's working. Qualifications - 5+ years in BA or Product Analyst roles. - You explain your thinking clearly — to clients, to engineers, to designers. - "What if" and "why not" mindset — curious, not rigid. - Comfortable with ambiguity — plan B is always in your back pocket. - You understand UX, technical implications, and can connect the dots between business needs, users, and complex system realities. - Strong English (your clients are native speakers). - Strong Ukrainian (internal team communication). Benefits - Career growth + training + language classes. - Medical insurance + mental health support. - Flexible hours, inclusive culture. - Benefits for fitness, hobbies, pets & more.
