Role Description The Global Grants and Compliance Manager directly and indirectly supports a defined portfolio of global projects, leading communications on financial issues, including compliance with related donor and CRS policies. Qualifications - Strong knowledge of donor, especially USG, funding mechanisms and requirements. - Thorough knowledge of and experience with grant financial reporting. - Knowledge of JDE and/or Oracle enterprise systems preferred; understanding of SUN Systems helpful. - Strong knowledge of MS Office programs required. - Knowledge of fund accounting and US Government funding regulations for non-profit organizations. - Solid knowledge of humanitarian best practices, operational standards, and evolving guidance for emergency field operations. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to train financial and non-financial staff of all levels. - Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-guided, strong organizational and planning skills. - Desire to work in a collaborative, proactive, and multicultural team environment, but able to work independently. - Ability to maintain strong customer service. • Provides oversight of CRS grants and compliance systems across the global RAPID program • Responsible for leading the implementation, standardization, and continuous strengthening of CRS policies, procedures, and operational frameworks • Ensures consistent and compliant application across participating country programs and partners within the assigned RAPID portfolio • Ensures a coherent, high-quality, and risk-informed approach to grant management • Drives institutional learning, system improvement, and global harmonization of practices to support rapid, accountable emergency responses • Lead the development and implementation of CRS RAPID emergency grants, including compliance policies, procedures, and systems • Establish and maintain standardized frameworks, tools, and protocols governing grant management and compliance • Ensure alignment with donor regulations, CRS policies, and host governments • Provide detailed oversight of RAPID grant management functions across the assigned RAPID portfolio • Ensure effective oversight of the full grant lifecycle and operational efficiency at scale • Lead the design and implementation of reporting frameworks and practices for RAPID • Establish and maintain reporting systems and tools that support effective monitoring, informed decision-making, and alignment between program, compliance, and operational functions • Lead identification and mitigation of systemic compliance and operational risks across RAPID-supported programs • Strengthen grants and compliance capacity across CRS staff and partners through tools, guidance, and training

In this role, you will provide guidance on international trade compliance matters, with a particular focus on the IMMEX program and Maquiladora operations in Mexico. - Advise on compliance requirements related to the IMMEX program and Maquiladora operations in Mexico. - Support international trade compliance initiatives, including import/export regulations and cross-border operations. - Assist with the development and implementation of trade compliance policies and best practices. - Identify and mitigate regulatory risks related to international trade activities. • Supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT compliance framework. • IT controls testing, process reviews, risk assessments, and leading various compliance initiatives. • Performing IT general controls (ITGC) and application controls testing in accordance with SOX and other regulatory requirements. • Identifying control gaps through assessments and process reviews, recommending remediation actions, and tracking resolution progress. • Reviewing Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports and supporting third-party vendor risk management activities. • Creating and maintaining IT policies and procedures with regular updates to reflect changes in the IT environment. • Facilitating quarterly user access reviews, including quality reviews of deliverables. • Conducting quarterly log reviews, including SAP firefighter logs and administrator activity logs. • Assisting in the development and delivery of IT compliance training and awareness initiatives. • Supporting audit preparations and facilitating engagements with internal and external auditors. • Creating process flow diagrams to document workflows and controls. • Managing special IT compliance projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
