• Manage technology projects within the Software Factory, ensuring planning, tracking and execution of deliveries from requirements gathering through deployment. • Act as the primary integration point between technical teams, business areas and clients. • Promote alignment among stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient expectation management. • Create and monitor schedules, action plans, metrics, status reports and project progress. • Identify risks, dependencies and impediments, proposing solutions to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. • Lead follow-up meetings, agile ceremonies and status presentations for clients and teams. • Act consultatively with clients, understanding needs and proposing business-aligned solutions. • Ensure organization of requests, prioritization of activities and follow-up of deliveries with teams. • Contribute to process standardization, governance evolution and continuous improvement of operations. • Support building a Software Factory that is increasingly organized, predictable and scalable.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience managing technology projects with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK or similar).
- Experience preparing and managing proposals, schedules, budgets, metrics and status reports.
- Ability to analyze requests, structure action plans and lead projects end-to-end.
- Experience in software development projects, APIs, microservices and integrations.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Trello or similar).
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Role Description The Integration Management Office (IMO) Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex M&A integration programs within the organization, specifically for the GBS Financial business line and practices. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of processes, systems, and cultures, and delivering programs on time and within budget. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders and leaders to align integration activities with business objectives and strategic goals.
