Role Description An der Schnittstelle Publications & Participations unterstützen Sie im Vorfeld der Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz (MSC) 2026 bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Versands des jährlich erscheinenden Munich Security Reports (MSR) sowie bei unterschiedlichen Projekten im Rahmen der Hauptkonferenz. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen: - Teilnahmemanagement - Pflege der sensiblen Daten der MSC Datenbank - Recherche von Teilnehmer:innen und relevanten Datensätzen - Unterstützung beim Versand des MSR Als Schnittstelle zwischen zwei Departments erhalten Sie Einblick in zwei Bereiche gleichzeitig. Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie eng mit den verschiedenen Departments der MSC zusammen. Sie kommunizieren direkt mit unseren Teilnehmer:innen und stehen in engem Austausch mit Botschaften, Behörden und Dienstleistungsunternehmen.
