Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in a senior role or as a Country Manager, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise automation.
- Proven track record of business growth and leading cross-functional teams in the US market.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software sales cycles and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with US regulatory, financial, and HR practices.

We’re looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to help us build and scale how we engage and equip our partners. In this role, you’ll create repeatable programs, tools, and training that ensure every partner has what they need to successfully represent Bevi. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to translate strategy into practical resources, enabling our partners to expand Bevi’s reach and deliver sustained customer growth. Role Description The Partner Business Manager will be accountable for the sales success of our sell through and sell with initiatives with select partners in a given territory.
