Role Description - Revise orders as needed due to delivery date changes, requirement changes or inventory availability. - Follow up with vendors on shipping date estimation. - Maintain constant communication with internal team, confirming orders, informing of shipping date(s), any possible delays, and back orders. - Provide weekly order updates; responsible to ensure all orders are on time and routed as per customer requirements. - Communicate any delays with the team in advance; work with Customer Portals to confirm orders. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years' experience in order management, purchasing, finance or sales operations. - Bachelor's degree in finance is preferred. - Experience in Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite are preferred. - Must possess a positive attitude and willingness to succeed. - Strong organizational and financial skills, as well as problem-solving agility are required. - Must be proficient in standard business tools including Microsoft Office. - Candidate must be a team player and must be ready to work North America shift hours. Role Description The Senior Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for executing the Credit Union’s strategic priorities and objectives related to commercial real estate loan products.
