Role Description As a Regional Service Lead EMEA: - Develop the local business plan and do resource planning in line with the global strategy to achieve growth objectives. - Formulate and implement actions necessary within the service business to achieve the annual budget targets and KPI. - Implement and operate processes according to service levels and service objectives. - Coaches and develops the service and support teams (skills, processes, ensure teamwork/integration, KPIs). - Create, develop and sustain a culture of team spirit, accountability, motivation and result orientation, recruiting talent with these behaviors. - Target the primary and large accounts and take personal responsibility to create opportunities within those accounts to increase customer satisfaction. - Successful Manager of change (e.g. implementation of HQ service process topics, like new systems, tools and processes). - Take responsibility for Service Partner management and maintenance. - Implement the action in EMEA of the key customer escalation. - Join key sales meetings as local TS Service representative. - Take responsibility for technical support as well as the performance management to local partners of repair & maintenance. Qualifications - Bachelor or above degrees, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar disciplines. - Fluent in German and business fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. - Knowledge of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers in the distribution and/or utility scale segments. - Ability to lead and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Minimum 10 years in operative service for electro-mechanical b2b products, of which 5 years in a leadership position. - Prior work experience in a PV related industry is not a necessity but will be an advantage.
