AECOM
• Lead the digital delivery for the remediation business in US West, from setting the direction through to getting it done. • Look across the business to find where maturing how we use digital technology will make a real difference. • Define what needs to happen, what it will take, when, and the benefit it will deliver, and then leads delivery. • Perform hands-on solution work where needed and leads delivery through others where capability exists. • Coordinate resources from across the business to support initiatives, in the manner of a delivery lead, without line-management authority. • Ensure initiatives meet scope, timing, quality, and expected benefits, within corporate technology standards. • Act as the translation layer between the business and technical resources, converting business needs into clear technical direction. • Implement and oversee QA/QC processes and review solution designs for scalability, usability, and alignment.
