Role Description LexisNexis is looking for a Client Service Delivery Analyst II to support the delivery of contract review and data analysis services for global clients. In this role, you will review contractual information, perform quality checks, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while meeting established productivity and quality standards. - Review and analyze contract data in line with defined processes, quality standards, and service level requirements. - Perform quality checks and provide feedback to support continuous improvement. - Conduct contract review and peer review activities in English and Spanish. - Use internal systems, tools, and reference materials to ensure accurate and consistent delivery. - Support reporting, process improvement, and client service activities. - Follow company policies, data privacy requirements, and compliance standards. - Respond to stakeholder requests and escalate issues where appropriate. Qualifications - Fluency in English and Spanish. - AI fluency as a nice to have asset. - Experience in contract review, data analysis, quality assurance, legal operations, or a similar process-driven environment is an advantage. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Law degree, legal background, or equivalent experience preferred. - Additional European language skills such as Portuguese or Italian are an advantage. Role Description The DRG Validator ensures the accurate assignment of Diagnosis Related Groups (DRGs) for our patients and applies a thorough understanding of medical coding guidelines, clinical documentation, and reimbursement principles.
