Role Description The Senior Analyst supports the Transformation Management Office across its value creation, M&A, AI, and operating cadence pillars. Reporting to the VP, Transformation, this role provides the analysis, tracking, and reporting that keep the transformation portfolio on pace and help leadership stay on top of progress against targets. It is a high-visibility position with regular exposure to executive leadership and the company's private equity sponsor, and significant room to grow scope over time. - Keep the portfolio trackers current and turn them into clear progress updates for leadership - Build the financial models and pull the data that sit behind business cases and prioritization - Maintain the KPI framework, working with initiative leads to capture how each one is tracking against plan - Prepare and format materials ahead of executive and board reviews - Help keep agendas and pre-reads on schedule so nothing slips before a review - Chase updates from initiative leads and outside partners to keep workstreams moving - Build and maintain the templates and tools the transformation office relies on - Spot gaps or inconsistencies early and help close them before they affect timelines Qualifications - Three or more years in transformation, corporate strategy, management consulting, or a comparable analytical role - A track record of running several workstreams at once and delivering executive-ready work - Strong financial and analytical skills - Proven ability to coordinate deliverables across senior stakeholders and outside partners - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with working knowledge of practical AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field - MBA or comparable advanced degree a plus - Strong sense of ownership and the ability to produce quality work with minimal direction - Analytical discipline and a consistent eye for accuracy - Clear, executive-level written and verbal communication - Confident stakeholder coordination and dependable follow-through - A problem-solving mindset and sound judgment on when to act and when to escalate - High personal standards for the polish of every deliverable Benefits - Competitive salaries - 401K with company match - Healthcare/vision/dental insurance - Wellness benefits - Career development program - Employee assistance program - Vacation time - Community involvement opportunities - Team activities - And much more……

Reports directly to the Associate Director of Client Services/Director of Client Services. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the management of shows from planning stages through collection of invoice, including: - collaborating with clients to gather information, help influence decision making and manage to customer expectations - floor plan management - writing work orders - overseeing the creation, approval and distribution of service kits - working with internal departments to ensure work orders are completed - overseeing the set-up and tear down of shows - generating show management invoices and following up until collected - Act as a liaison with show management, exhibitors, facility staffs, production personnel, internal clients and ancillary vendors with regard to all services and build working relationships with all - Ensure all events are produced within established budget guidelines. Budget and fiscal responsibility on assigned events including accuracy, forecasting and management - Fulfill roll in Show Planning process as required on assigned shows - Manages to provided Key Performance Indicator's - Basic understanding of pricing models/estimation - Basic understanding of GES and onPeak's Products and Services - Adhere to all Business Standard Operating Procedures - Performs other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position Qualifications - College degree preferred - (2) year's experience in the tradeshow, convention, hospitality industry or similar experience preferred - Ability to communicate and work collaboratively - Capable of running new/modified processes - Proficient in multisystem management - Ability to foster customer relationships - Potential Travel 25-50% - General accounting and finance knowledge - Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task - Understands and works in lateral work streams Work Environment - Remote Position, but to be located within an hour of a GES facility. - Requires ability to adapt to multiple settings and shifting responsibilities. - Must be able to work under pressure - Opportunity to work nights, weekends and at showsite - Position may require long hours during several months of the year. - Typically performs work on the event floor, in noisy and crowded areas - Frequently encounters uncomfortable temperatures, dust and/or other conditions - Requires working both alone and with others in a team atmosphere - Requires working with union and non-union employees Compensation: $60,000.00+. The pay range and actual offers are based on a variety of individualized factors including skills, qualifications, experience, location and role specific competencies.
