Job Requirements
- 5+ years in Windows systems/platform engineering, including at least 1–2 years with broader ownership (leading work, driving projects, or coordinating others)
- Configuration and maintenance of Windows Server environments
- Patching and lifecycle management of Windows and accompanying services
- Domain services: Active Directory (ADFS a plus, depending on your estate - see note)
- PowerShell scripting, plus at least one other programming language (Python preferred)
- Using Ansible to manage systems and processes
- Virtualisation fundamentals — solid in at least one of VMware / KVM / OpenStack
- Maintenance of infrastructure tooling hosted on Windows systems
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- IAM/SSO with Entra ID; LDAP
