Role Description We’re seeking a Systems Engineer II to join our growing team. - Administer Office 365 including MS Exchange and SharePoint - Support Network and Email migrations - Administer Azure, AWS, and Hybrid Active Directory - Build and manage packages and applications for deployment with Intune, AutoPilot, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) - Build and maintain infrastructure as code - Monitor and respond to infrastructure events using tools such as Datadog and OpsGenie - Perform regular system upgrades and patches to address vulnerabilities identified with Tenable - Deploy and maintain Cisco Meraki equipment and network infrastructure - Troubleshoot complex and escalated issues to include Root Cause Analysis on diverse systems and topologies - Author and maintain Azure Functions and/or Azure Automation Runbooks - Support information technology compliance with applicable regulations and standards including Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, to include artifact gathering for yearly audits Qualifications - Strong organizational skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies - Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments and team members Requirements - High School diploma or equivalent required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related discipline preferred - Five (5) years of system administration or system engineering experience required - Certifications in Office 365, Azure, AWS, Cisco, and/or CompTIA Security + preferred - Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, including patch management and addressing security risks - Strong knowledge of networking concepts and technologies such as IPv4, DHCP, DNS, VLANs - Intermediate knowledge of Cloud SaaS offerings such as AWS, Azure, and Office 365 - Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory Administration, Certificate Services, and Remote Desktop Services - Intermediate knowledge of Intune and MCM (formerly SCCM) - Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or T-SQL Benefits - Competitive salary - Medical, dental, vision and life insurance - Short and long-term disability coverage - 401(k) plan - 3 weeks paid time off in your first year + paid holidays - Discounts on braces and clear aligners for you and your family members Company Description As the nation’s leading Orthodontic Support Organization, Smile Doctors is shaping the future of orthodontics through strategic partnerships with top local doctors. • Proactively reach out to the customer to position Arista products in DC, Campus, Routing, AI, CV etc in order to expand account footprint. • Provide Technical assistance on new opportunities including Proof of Concept testing at Arista and in customer's labs • Ensure the customer is performing operational health checks, compliance reviews, and automation maturity assessments. • Assist in deploying and integrating CloudVision, APIs, and automation toolsets. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer environments using Arista’s open, programmable platforms. • Deliver strategic and advanced technical workshops (automation, CI/CD, CloudVision, AVD). • Act as a technical liaison between customers, Arista TAC, and engineering, but focus on proactive solutions.
• Supporting the delivery of electronic security systems in line with client standards (Microsoft-aligned) • Providing hands-on technical support across: System design and configuration, Programming and evaluation, Commissioning and verification, Managing on site vendor delivery • Ensuring all systems meet required compliance, performance and quality standards • Driving continuous improvement in service delivery through: After-action reviews, Data analysis and reporting insights, Vendor and audit assessments, Lessons learned and corrective actions • Contributing to the evolution of technical standards and documentation by working closely with regional leadership and global shared services teams.
