Job Requirements

  • Strong BA Foundations: Proven experience as a Senior Business or Process Analyst handling end-to-end discovery and process mapping in complex environments.
  • Transformation Experience: Demonstrated background supporting digital transformation, automation, or technology change initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing difficult rooms, challenging assumptions, and driving alignment without formal authority.
  • Hands-on AI Application: Direct, practical experience utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, or Intelligent Automation tools - not just general awareness.
  • Agentic Process Design: A solid understanding of how to structure, optimize, and map out workflows specifically for autonomous AI execution.
  • Multitasking Agility: The capability to comfortably lead workshops and manage multiple fast-moving discovery workstreams simultaneously across diverse functions.
  • Fluent English at C1 level or above. You must be able to lead conversations with international stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • It will also help you to have:
  • Experience working within a fast-paced Marketplace, SaaS, or platform business structure.
  • Background collaborating inside a centralized transformation office or a cross-functional program environment.
  • Familiarity with AI adoption frameworks or hands-on experience contributing to technology ROI models.
