• Coordinate and maintain schedules for ABA therapy services. • Communicate with parents, therapists, and clinical staff to arrange and adjust appointments. • Make a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily to confirm, update, and resolve scheduling needs. • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and implement effective solutions. • Use sound judgment to make scheduling decisions with minimal supervision. • Provide professional, courteous, and timely customer service to all stakeholders. • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation. • Take ownership of scheduling processes to ensure continuity of care and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Previous scheduling, administrative, customer service, or healthcare coordination experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident in making independent decisions and exercising good judgment.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls daily.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to take initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn scheduling software quickly.

Role Description DPR is currently looking for a Senior Scheduler. Scheduling will be of commercial projects within our core markets: Healthcare, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences, Higher Education and Corporate Office. Schedulers will work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators and Regional Leadership teams and will be responsible for the following: - Ability to grow capacity of team members on planning & scheduling best practices. - Ability to motivate and build trust amongst project teams during planning sessions. - Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with DPR project team, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders to get input for sequencing, manpower and durations, as it relates to overall project milestones. - Develop contract (baseline) schedule and maintain contract schedule updates with project teams. - Help teams manage preconstruction planning, design development, bid / buy-out, long lead procurement items, construction sequences, startup, testing & commissioning. - Support Resource loading, Crew logic, Cost loading, & Variance report as required. - Coordinate with and include subcontractor schedule input and perspectives when applicable. - Ability to integrate the schedule and BIM model using 4D tools is a plus. - Provide risk management input on key schedule milestones. - Alert entire project team, including owner, to potential problem areas or deviations from the plan. - Assist in development of recovery plans, mitigation options, or delay analysis. - Create variance reports, graphics, and narratives to highlight issues or conflicts. - Create visual references / diagrams / graphics using schedule data to further describe the project plan, current status, and upcoming scopes of work. - Ability to help guide teams with vertical alignment between the P6 schedule and any outside form of detailed tracking such as procurement logs or level 4 & 5 commitment based construction tools. - Understanding of CPM, LBMS and Takt scheduling theory, level of detail, and execution. - Experience with Smartsheet is a plus. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a Scheduler, preferably within DPR’s Core Market projects. - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent field experience. - Oracle Primavera P6 experience. - A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude. - Effective problem-solving skills. - A flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work with diverse personalities & work styles, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. • Lead and mentor assigned schedulers, supporting their personal and career development. • Contribute to training curriculum development for company-wide schedule management. • Participate in company onboarding to align with project controls objectives. • Develop and maintain realistic EPC project schedules using P6 software. • Analyze project documents (drawings, contracts) to form the basis of EPC schedules. • Perform quantity take-offs to establish accurate activity durations. • Consult with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project management, field) for feedback. • Seek feedback from external stakeholders (owners, consultants) to enhance schedule accuracy and buy-in. • Ensure schedules adhere to CPM best practices with sound logic and realistic durations. • Attend project meetings (weekly coordination, owner) to gather updates and address schedule issues. • Update schedules bi-monthly, incorporating actuals and monitoring critical path deviations. • Propose corrective actions to the project team based on schedule analysis. • Communicate schedule updates to the project teams, and the scheduling manager. • Perform "what-if" analysis for changing conditions, on integrated multiple schedules. • Lead internal and external meetings, analyzing all scopes for schedule mitigation, propose solutions. • Maintain comprehensive delay logs. • Maintain all relevant contract information, including LD exposure with custom P6 reports. • Monitor progress using company software (sunscreen) and confirm against schedule updates. • Maintain and communicate weekly regional project status report. • Visit job sites to build rapport and understand site-specific details. • Train other personnel in scheduling procedures. • Assist business development, owners in analyzing and improving project schedules. • Support the maintenance of the P6 database (project/activity codes, file management, comments, notebooks). • Assist with reporting efforts, ensuring core schedule structure and activity codes are maintained.
