CFR Sales Engineer
NCR Corporation
• Act as the Account Executive’s partner in developing business opportunities • Develop business opportunities, build customer solution maps • Establish executive-level relationships with customer’s technical leadership • Work closely with customer-facing teams to increase market share, grow revenue, and increase customer satisfaction • Work with product management and development teams to drive future direction for clients • Jointly create, manage and execute account plans with Account Executives • Maintain and develop existing and new offerings to optimize business growth and customer satisfaction • Plan and prioritize opportunities for productivity and efficiency • Engage Professional Services in opportunities after forming a clear solution plan • Communicate and report internally on opportunity status • Attend, present, and demonstrate at customer meetings • Influence buyers on product offerings and improvements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering preferred
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales/customer-facing/technical roles selling software, hardware, and services.
- 3+ years of experience in Convenience and Fuel Retail industry
- Working with large retailers as a consultant, service provider, software provider or from an end-user perspective.
- Willingness to travel frequently in the defined region for both client and industry events.
- Excellent English, including both oral and written communication, with high-level presentation skills.
