Technical Business Analyst

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across the patient pathway, converting them into clear functional and non-functional specifications. • Partner with Product Owners to refine requirements, align priorities, and support strategic objectives. • Break down complex business challenges into structured, actionable deliverables for engineering and technical teams. • Create high-quality documentation, including user stories, process maps, data flows, and impact assessments. • Define requirements for AI, automation, and digital workflow solutions, ensuring scalable and reliable technical delivery. • Identify and support automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and patient experience. • Work within cross-functional agile teams, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, commercial, and technical stakeholders, facilitating workshops and driving consensus. • Communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences while maintaining stakeholder alignment. • Support testing, governance, and change management activities, including UAT, risk assessment, traceability, release validation, and issue resolution.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst delivering digital and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Strong background working within cross-functional Agile teams alongside Product, Engineering, and Data stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured requirements for technology solutions, including APIs, workflow processes, and automation capabilities.
- Experience defining, supporting, or delivering AI, automation, and data-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, delivery methodologies, and best practices.
