Role Description This position will manage Home Loans production and member experience for the in-market Home Loan Advisor Team. Has direct responsibility for maintaining best practices with the credit unions origination process through the branch channel and the local market. Develops, initiates, and drives strategies for each of the markets that this team is located. Works closely with retail Management to collaborate and enhance the credit unions home loan market share. Provides leadership with emphasis on teamwork, communication, member experience, and home loan production. Responsible to meet and/or exceed production and service goal expectations. - Manage In-Market Home Loan Advisor’s production, pipeline, and service levels. - Suggest innovative effective strategies to enhance Golden 1’s Home Loans market position. - Work closely with branch retail management to implement these strategies with a focus on providing exceptional member service. - Work directly with each In-Market HLA to create production strategies for the local mortgage market. - Coach, develop, create a motivating team environment, and manage performance of a Mortgage Loan Originator team. - Analyze, determine, and communicate staffing needs. - Foster a positive and engaging work environment for each team member. - Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance. - Monitor and comply with all established security, internal audit, State and Federal policies and regulations. - Identify, investigate, and resolve member home loan concerns. - Gather production, pipeline and service statistics and effectively communicate status of department results to management. - Originate Home Loans as needed. - Perform other tasks as assigned. - Develop and maintain an understanding of the pertinent regulatory requirements and risks inherent to job responsibilities. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. - Five years or more of home loan origination experience. - Two years or more managing a mortgage production team. - Maintain and keep current knowledge of investor requirements, all home loan products, home loan fulfillment, credit union policies, and all federal and state laws and regulations. - Leadership abilities including motivating and inspiring. - Proven ability to meet and/or exceed individual/team service and origination goals. Requirements - Effective oral and written communication skills required. - Must possess sufficient manual dexterity to skillfully operate an on-line computer terminal and other standard office equipment. - Effective technology and reporting skills are required to direct and manage origination activities. - Prolonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional mobility required. - Corrected vision within the normal range. - Hearing within normal range. - Occasional movements throughout the department daily to interact with staff, accomplish tasks, etc. - Unusually long or inconsistent hours may be required to accomplish tasks. - Ability to travel throughout the state. Licenses/Certifications - MLO/NMLS Registration required.

• Lead growth and development of membership across the European region, analyzing the current landscape to identify gaps in chamber and geographical representation • Identify and engage potential new members that strengthen the organization's mission and diversity across the region • Design and implement outreach strategies to expand the European membership base effectively • Develop and execute engagement plans that increase and diversify participation across chambers and geographies • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, regional networks, and stakeholder communities, drawing on an established European professional network • Deliver high-quality member services, keeping members informed on key processes, governance, and strategic topics • Provide guidance, information, and training to members across the region as needed • Act as a trusted point of contact and advocate for European members within the international organization

• Drive Forest Management Growth : Develop and execute national strategy to grow Forest Management certification, building a pipeline across state forests, private forests, and smallholders • Expand Certified Area : Grow certified forest area and certificate holders while unlocking group certification opportunities for fragmented ownership structures • Lead Stakeholder Engagement : Act as primary contact for forest owners, state forest administration, certification bodies, NGOs, and industry • Government Relations : Establish and maintain relationships with Ministry of Environment, parliamentary committees, Romsilva, and related institutions • Policy Representation : Represent the organization in policy dialogues, conferences, and public forums nationally • Standards & Technical Leadership : Support implementation and evolution of the Forest Stewardship Standard for Romania while providing technical guidance to stakeholders • Standards Coordination : Coordinate Forest Stewardship Standard and Risk Assessment development/revision processes ensuring chamber balance and stakeholder inclusion • Capability Building : Deliver trainings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to promote certification value • Internal Collaboration : Work closely with European and global teams, contributing to regional initiatives and providing insights on risks, opportunities, and market developments

• Publisher Onboarding & Management • Recruit and onboard new publishers (direct & programmatic) into the EZmob exchange. • Ensure smooth integration via XML, API, or tag-based methods. • Maintain active relationships with top-tier supply partners. • Optimization & Monetization • Monitor performance metrics (fill rate, eCPM, RPM, CTR) to ensure monetization is optimized across all placements. • Troubleshoot revenue dips or delivery issues in real-time with internal dev teams. • Work closely with the advertiser team to map supply to converting demand sources. • Demand Integration • Collaborate with demand team to match premium demand sources to publisher inventory. • Work with XML / RTB / header bidding integrations to maximize supply value. • Technical & Strategic Oversight • Review and optimize traffic quality signals. • Oversee ad quality, compliance, and appropriate targeting by vertical and geo. • Use internal dashboards, AdKernel tech, and 3rd-party analytics tools to monitor performance. • Growth & Retention • Identify upsell or scale opportunities within existing publisher accounts. • Support reactivation campaigns for dormant or low-performing partners.
