Role Description As an International Senior Performance Marketing Manager – SEA, Google Ads & AI Advertising, you will take strategic and operational ownership of sophisticated international accounts for well-known clients. You will drive performance across Google Ads, Performance Max and AI Max through advanced campaign management, automation and structured testing. At the same time, you will explore how AI Search and emerging platforms such as ChatGPT are creating new advertising opportunities. You will work closely with clients and international specialists, help shape our Paid Search and AI advertising offering, and turn your ideas into measurable results. - Own the strategy and performance of complex, high-budget Paid Search accounts across multiple markets and platforms. - Develop data-driven strategies across Google Ads, Performance Max, AI Max and emerging AI Search environments to deliver measurable business growth. - Translate complex performance data into clear insights, prioritised actions and continuous optimisation. - Advise senior client stakeholders, challenge existing approaches and identify new opportunities for profitable growth. - Lead strategic presentations, workshops and pitches, while helping shape best-in-class standards across our Paid Search and AI Advertising practice. Qualifications - At least five years of hands-on experience managing complex Paid Search or PPC accounts, ideally in an agency or international environment. - Deep expertise in Google Ads and a strong understanding of how bidding, tracking, conversion journeys, landing pages, feeds, and commercial objectives interact. - The ability to analyse complex data, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and translate insights into clear strategic actions. - A confident, consultative approach to working with clients, including the ability to challenge assumptions and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. - A structured, proactive, and highly independent way of working in a remote environment. - Full professional proficiency in both German and English is essential. Role Description As the Inbound Marketing Manager, you’ll be the first dedicated owner of our organic channels (website performance, SEO, and AI-powered discoverability (AEO)) with the goal of establishing strategy, running experiments, and converting traffic into qualified pipeline.
