Role Description We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide remote therapy services to clients across Iowa. Qualifications - Master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field. - Active Iowa Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in good standing. - Minimum of 1 year of clinical counseling experience preferred. - Experience providing therapy through telehealth is helpful but not required. - Strong understanding of clinical documentation, treatment planning, and ethical care practices. - Comfortable using video platforms, electronic health records, and basic digital communication tools. - Ability to work independently while staying organized and responsive in a remote setting.
