• Maintain accurate records of company expenses, payables, and receivables • Support the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts • Coordinate and monitor procurement, vendor management, and administrative expenses • Prepare management reports on cost efficiency, budget adherence, and operational performance • Support compliance with tax, audit, and internal policy requirements • Partner with the CEO to develop and improve financial controls and reporting frameworks • Manage and issue equity to stakeholders on a quarterly basis • Oversee and review the work of the Finance & Accounting Specialist, ensuring accuracy across invoices, payables, receivables, and expense records • Review and approve financial transactions, ensuring invoices are coded correctly and routed to the right place • Contribute to continuous improvement projects in financial operations • Provide any other finance and administrative support as needed • Hustle - take ownership of Snappr’s growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP DRC for statutory reporting across multiple countries • Translate business-defined country requirements into S/4HANA-based reporting solutions • Configure and deliver regulatory reporting (build, generate, submit) in mandated formats • Design and implement multi-country statutory reporting frameworks • Customize and enhance government statutory forms and regulatory templates • Develop custom/generic reports for unsupported countries and extend DRC capabilities • Ensure timely compliance, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness • Lead testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and stabilization support • Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and IT stakeholders to align global and local requirements.

• Play a key role in supporting the implementation and ongoing operation of the firm’s investment data operating model • Act as a subject matter expert and primary executor across data operations workflows • Ensure high-quality, timely, and reliable data across IBOR, ABOR, investment processes, middle-office workflows, compliance, and reporting • Partner across Front Office, Technology, Risk, Operations, and external vendors to support the delivery of a scalable, well-governed data ecosystem • Execute and oversee daily data operations processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of investment data • Investigate, resolve, and escalate data quality issues across security master, pricing, corporate actions, reference data, positions, transactions, and exposures • Document workflows, data definitions, and operating procedures to ensure consistency and transparency

• Support the Financial Assistance Department with phone calls, email inquiries and tasks as assigned • Assist students with their FAFSA, Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note • Process student invoices • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the efficient daily operations of the Financial Assistance department • Pitch in to support department initiatives • Work with financial assistance advisors • Updates reports and spreadsheets • Collect students documents and scan to image now • Other duties as assigned
