Finance Manager
Snappr
• Maintain accurate records of company expenses, payables, and receivables • Support the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts • Coordinate and monitor procurement, vendor management, and administrative expenses • Prepare management reports on cost efficiency, budget adherence, and operational performance • Support compliance with tax, audit, and internal policy requirements • Partner with the CEO to develop and improve financial controls and reporting frameworks • Manage and issue equity to stakeholders on a quarterly basis • Oversee and review the work of the Finance & Accounting Specialist, ensuring accuracy across invoices, payables, receivables, and expense records • Review and approve financial transactions, ensuring invoices are coded correctly and routed to the right place • Contribute to continuous improvement projects in financial operations • Provide any other finance and administrative support as needed • Hustle - take ownership of Snappr’s growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Job Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Experience reviewing or overseeing the work of others in a finance or accounting context
- Clear communicator — you’ll collaborate daily with a Manila-based team and need to be direct and organized in writing
- Grit, ownership, and a proactive attitude - you get things done and find ways to improve them
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- A "let's get it done" mindset
- Must be based in the United States; PST alignment required
