The Advana team is seeking a Data Governance & Quality Analyst to join their program. Advana is the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office's (CDAO) enterprise-wide, multi-domain data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) platform that provides all DoW military and civilian decision makers, analysts, and builders with unprecedented access to enterprise data, tools, and capabilities. Data Governance & Quality Analyst - Executes data governance and data quality operations that support metadata accuracy, controlled access, and compliant data usage across Advana systems operating on Unclassified and NIPR, Secret and SIPR, and Top Secret and JWICS enclaves. - Maintains data catalog entries, verifies metadata completeness, updates lineage information, and validates role-based access controls using platforms such as Collibra, Apache Atlas, and Databricks Unity Catalog. - Performs data quality assessments that analyze completeness, schema conformity, reference integrity, and anomaly patterns using Databricks workflows, SQL validation checks, and automated profiling tools. - Processes data-access requests by reviewing justification, confirming stewardship approval, validating policy alignment, and updating role entitlements. - Coordinates with data engineers to document domain models, governance rules, and pipeline-level quality constraints. - Supports development of training materials, stewardship guides, onboarding manuals, and governance communication products distributed to mission users. - Collects feedback from data stewards, consolidates analytic observations, and prepares improvement recommendations for governance leadership. - Tracks metrics including catalog update frequency, quality defect volume, remediation cycle time, and user engagement with governance tools. - Produces recurring reports and documentation that strengthen governance transparency and operational discipline. • Establish and manage portfolio governance structures, including meeting cadences, decision forums, and escalation processes • Maintain end-to-end visibility of portfolio health, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and execution progress • Ensure consistent application of SET methodologies, governance standards, and enterprise delivery frameworks across initiatives • Support the definition of program roles, responsibilities, and governance guardrails to promote accountability and alignment • Translate strategic priorities into structured portfolios, execution plans, and prioritized initiatives • Facilitate portfolio intake, prioritization, scoping sessions, and cross-functional planning workshops • Partner with business leaders to ensure initiatives are properly structured, sequenced, and ready for execution • Develop and maintain portfolio management tools, dashboards, trackers, and reporting frameworks • Monitor resource allocation, portfolio demand, initiative status, and execution metrics to support leadership decisions • Track and report on KPIs, execution progress, and value realization across strategic initiatives • Support onboarding to the SET operating model, tools, templates, and governance processes • Coordinate governance meetings, leadership reviews, workshops, and strategic planning sessions • Drive continuous improvement of portfolio processes, governance standards, templates, and playbooks • Support Agile and hybrid delivery models by ensuring alignment between SET methodologies and enterprise execution practices

• Prepare and support the delivery of recurring risk reporting and escalation to PMO and program leadership. • Facilitate risk identification and intake across workstreams. • Maintain and coordinate risk registers across multiple levels of the program. • Support and guide project teams in effective risk identification, mitigation, and escalation practices. • Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling. • Monitor overall risk exposure and assess the remaining risk budget. • Collaborate with workstream and delivery teams to understand risk ownership, dependencies, and impacts across the program. • Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels. • Initiate a proactive approach to the review, development and improvement of risk management services for the client. • Undertake end-to-end project risk management practices on multiple projects/programs. • Conduct risk reviews at regular intervals, identify and analyze, determine response plans. • Lead and run a comprehensive schedule and cost-effective risk assessment.
