• Our Technical Project Manager III acts as both Scrum Master and Product Owner on their Scrum team. • You'll step into an established, mature product team — owning existing processes, identifying where to improve them, and serving as the trusted voice between the development team, product leadership, and stakeholders. • Facilitate productive discussions with cross-functional teams to establish requirements and evaluate design alternatives. • Write, groom, and prioritize user stories, documenting requirements. • Lead all Scrum team activities and manage related artifacts. • Drive process efficiency and on-time delivery of roadmap items. • Guide the delivery team in executing defined requirements, remove blockers, and proactively identify and communicate risk to leadership. • Define and drive testing across impacted teams, including coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Own product release planning and release notes. • Partner closely with the US Product Development Management team. • Support the development team in delivering customer value. • Coach your Scrum team(s) toward self-organization and high performance.

• Lead detailed project initiation, planning, coordination, and delivery for SAP S4 platform and infrastructure initiatives, owning the non‑integrated master schedule and all supporting detailed task plans. • Break down scope into detailed technical tasks, drive prioritization and sequencing, and ensure all work items are ready for execution across platform and infrastructure teams. • Manage cross-functional technical project teams, coordinating infrastructure builds, SAP environment tasks, integrations, and configuration activities at a high level of detail. • Implement and facilitate lean-agile practices to support flow-based delivery, taking on Scrum Master or Product Owner responsibilities as needed to structure and manage detailed work execution. • Develop, maintain, and continuously refine detailed project schedules, RAID logs, dependency maps, and work trackers to ensure disciplined, predictable delivery. • Identify, engage, and manage technical, business, and supplier resources, including coaching/mentoring team members to ensure quality and clarity in task execution. • Actively manage risks, issues, and detailed task interdependencies, including alignment of vendor and internal team activities to the critical path. • Provide accurate and timely communication through project reviews, status updates, and steering committee presentations, ensuring visibility into detailed progress, blockers, and resource needs. • Lead change management and project communication efforts in alignment with Enterprise Infrastructure PMO standards, supporting team readiness and adoption. • Demonstrated experience working within matrixed organizational structures and partnering closely with Systems Integrators (SIs) to drive coordinated delivery. • Document and share lessons learned, contributing to continuous improvement across the SAP platform program and PM community. • Ability to travel 15-20% of the time to major US sites.

This role is a remote role based in The United States. In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of large-scale, high-visibility customer engagements within Professional Services by leading complex, multi-workstream implementations from contract signature through validated business outcomes. You’ll ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to measurable impact by owning end-to-end engagement governance, aligning executive stakeholders, and orchestrating cross-functional execution across Sales, Customer Success, Solution Architecture, Product, and Engineering. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving product environments and enjoys working cross-functionally with executive stakeholders, Field Delivery Engineering (FDE), Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. What You'll Do - Own end-to-end accountability for complex, multi-workstream customer engagements, including scope, timelines, budget, and risk management. - Partner with customers and internal teams to shape AI agent use cases into clear delivery plans, ensuring business problems are translated into practical, deployable workflows. - Partner with executive stakeholders to define success criteria, governance structures, and outcome validation frameworks. - Translate business objectives into structured delivery plans, work breakdown structures, and cross-functional execution models. - Drive disciplined scope control, change management, and financial oversight across strategic engagements. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Architecture, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure aligned delivery. - Identify and proactively mitigate risks across technical, operational, and organizational dimensions. - Ensure technical solutions are architecturally sound by partnering with technical teams, without serving as the primary engineer. - Lead steering committees and executive status reviews, communicating progress, risks, and outcome alignment. - Develop reusable playbooks, governance frameworks, and strategic delivery standards to elevate the broader Professional Services practice. - Monitor post-deployment performance signals and drive structured follow-up actions to improve adoption, stability, trust, and measurable business outcomes. - Mentor Senior TPMs and contribute to leadership capability within the team. This role will require occasional travel for team meetings, training, or company events. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years of relevant experience. - 7+ years managing enterprise-grade software or SaaS implementations within Professional Services or Technical Consulting. - Proven track record managing multi-workstream engagements with complex stakeholder environments and contract values exceeding $500K+. - Strong project governance, financial management, and executive stakeholder alignment capabilities. - Technical fluency in APIs, data models, and enterprise integrations sufficient to guide architectural discussions and manage risk. - Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams. - Exceptional communication skills for both technical and executive audiences. - Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving product environments. - Willingness to travel up to 10–15%. • Engage meaningfully at the technical level on assigned projects, understanding how solutions are being designed and configured on the Evoke platform. • Review proposed solution approaches prior to build in collaboration with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants, raising concerns about gaps, misalignments with user stories, or risks before they are locked into the project plan. • Work closely with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants throughout design and build phases, ensuring that delivery decisions are well-documented, traceable to user stories, and consistent with platform capabilities. • Own the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across multi-year, multi-stakeholder government implementations. • Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded project schedules; set and manage milestones, resource allocations, and time budgets with precision. • Drive milestone completion and profitability targets in coordination with the Professional Services Manager and leadership team. • Navigate complex stakeholder environments that frequently include competing interests and shifting priorities across agency leadership, program staff, and end users.
