• Lead project management execution of Polish STATCOM projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality). • Ensure a smooth handover from project phase to service, securing long-term service readiness. • Act as primary customer interface during execution and early service phase, building strong relationships. • Drive service growth (~35%) by identifying upsell opportunities (LTSA, upgrades, lifecycle solutions). • Support service-related offers and contract negotiations linked to ongoing projects. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and future service expansion.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in project execution within grid / HV infrastructure.
  • Exposure to service business and commercial processes.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Willingness to travel (~30%+)
