• The Consultant II works in a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for customers. • This role will facilitate problem research, isolation, diagnosis, resolution and follow-up for customer change events, managing all escalated events appropriately, when necessary. • Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation project. • Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products. • May consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals. • Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress. • Conduct tasks and assignments as directed. • Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment. • Track progress of Implementation project(s).

• Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction • Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configure and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to Production efforts • Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignment • Accurately maintain forecast in a timely manner • Assist Sales team with orals, demos, and LOEs • Stay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and be able to advise on Workday best practices • Provide Exceptional Customer Service to build lasting relationships with clients

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of integrated technology solutions for complex building environments. • Guide clients from early concept (Basis of Design) through design documentation, vendor procurement, implementation oversight, and post-occupancy optimization. • Serve as the client’s trusted advisor throughout the entire lifecycle—ensuring that smart building strategies align with operational priorities, user needs, and long-term facility goals. • Facilitate early-stage stakeholder workshops to define project vision, outcomes, and smart building use cases. • Translate operational and facility goals into actionable smart building strategies and technical roadmaps. • Develop and deliver executive-level briefings and decision support materials to align client teams around key milestones. • Cultivate long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support beyond project closeout. • Lead the development of smart building Basis of Design (BoD) documents, integrating input from IT, facilities, operations, and design teams. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and low-voltage/system designers to ensure smart building strategies are fully embedded into design documentation. • Develop system-level integration strategies and/or detailed design solutions where required for technologies.
