• Realizar prospecção ativa (Outbound) por meio de Cold Calls, Cold Emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp e outros canais • Qualificar leads oriundos das ações de marketing (Inbound) • Identificar dores, desafios e oportunidades de negócio utilizando metodologias consultivas como SPIN Selling, BANT e GPCT • Conduzir conversas consultivas e realizar o tratamento de objeções com foco na geração de valor • Agendar reuniões qualificadas para os Executivos de Vendas • Manter o CRM atualizado com informações completas sobre cada lead • Cumprir metas de prospecção, qualificação e geração de oportunidades • Colaborar na construção e melhoria dos processos comerciais da área
Job Requirements
- Residir obrigatoriamente em um dos estados da Região Nordeste
- Experiência anterior na área comercial (Vendas, SDR, BDR, Atendimento, Suporte Comercial ou Telesales)
- Experiência como SDR ou BDR será considerada um diferencial importante
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita
- Boa capacidade de argumentação e persuasão
- Organização para gestão de cadências e atividades comerciais
- Perfil analítico e orientado a resultados
- Familiaridade com ferramentas digitais (Google Workspace, CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator e similares)

• Grow Cresta’s customer list through personalized emails, calls, and creative social media outreach • Write effective and compelling messaging to engage targeted accounts • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to plan, strategize, and execute outreach campaigns that help drive revenue growth • Analyze market research data and develop strategic approaches to raise awareness and generate interest for Cresta • Partner with account executives to help generate meetings and sales pipeline • Create and prioritize target account and contact lists • Conduct high level conversations with executives in prospect accounts • Achieve monthly quotas of meetings, qualified opportunities, and pipeline generated • Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
