• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that support high-volume financial transactions and rewards workflows. • Own full feature delivery across core systems including payments, rewards, account services, and partner integrations. • Contribute to system architecture and technical design as the platform evolves and scales. • Collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers to support end-to-end feature development when fullstack work is required. • Improve reliability, performance, and observability across backend systems through testing, monitoring, and code quality practices. • Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and production support for mission-critical services.

• Source high-quality engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Google X-Ray searches, job boards, and other sourcing tools. • Build talent pipelines for software engineering, AI, robotics, infrastructure, hardware, and technical leadership positions. • Conduct outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other channels. • Perform initial candidate qualification conversations to assess technical background, career goals, compensation expectations, and interest. • Present qualified candidates to Technical Recruiters with detailed notes and recommendations. • Maintain accurate records within our ATS and CRM. • Continuously improve sourcing strategies, messaging, and conversion rates. • Partner with recruiters to prioritize searches and meet client hiring timelines. • Stay informed on technical hiring trends, emerging technologies, and competitive talent markets.

• Conduct high-volume virtual intake calls with candidates daily (via Zoom or phone). • Collect and record candidate data in our CRM/ATS accurately and efficiently. • Explain open opportunities and screen for qualifications, interest, and availability. • Guide candidates through next steps and ensure smooth handoff to recruiters. • Represent our organization professionally and enthusiastically on every call. • Track daily metrics and continuously improve conversion and engagement rates.

• Partner with the HMBL Talent team and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and understand role requirements. • Proactively source, engage, and vet highly qualified engineering and product candidates using various tools and techniques. • Manage candidates throughout the entire interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. • Clearly communicate role expectations, company opportunities, and interview process updates to candidates. • Maintain and continuously update the talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
